KL Cleeton is a poker player who was born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, type 1. It’s a degenerative disorder that paralyzed him from the neck down since he was an infant. When KL was diagnosed, doctors told his parents that his life expectancy was 2 years.

During the filming of our documentary, KL celebrated his 33rd birthday.
